WSTRA – NCRA 2026 Educational Conference Special Registration

Dear WSTRA Members,

Many of you have inquired about the NCRA group rate. We are pleased to announce that the WSTRA–NCRA group rate registration is now open.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to apply the discount based on the early registration rate this year, as the early registration deadline is March 20, 2026. Due to the unknown number of participants at this time, we will invoice participants after the group registration deadline once the final discount tier has been determined.

Please note that both in-person and virtual attendee rates are the same. After March 20, 2026, the base regular rates are:

• $595      for NCRA members
• $810      for nonmembers
  

The group discount will be applied to the base rate as follows:

• 5%      discount for groups of 5–9 registrations
• 10%      discount for 10 or more registrations
  

Please also note that the NCRA cancellation deadline (February 5, 2026) has already passed. In accordance with NCRA guidelines and general practice, no refunds will be issued.

The WSTRA group registration deadline is April 3, 2026. We will provide invoice, collect payment and submit the group registration to NCRA by April 13, 2026.Thank you for your participation and support.
