Purpose
The purpose of this Association shall be to provide a communication link between Association members in the State of Washington, stimulate self-improvement through certification and continuing education, and achieve standardization of all Tumor Registry procedures in accordance with the American College of Surgeons standards for Cancer Programs.Membership
The membership of this Association has three classes:- Active - involved with cancer patient data collection as an occupation and is entitled to full membership privileges
- Associate - has interest in promoting the purposes of the association by way of employment or professional status
- Honorary - has made a significant contribution to the work of the cancer data program
